This Northern Winter for me started late and was thwart with injury, work and time consuming travel. Yet somehow, it was still fun, adventurous, productive and full of great skiing!

Read MoreAfter biking 1273.8km over 26 days and climbing to over 2000m we have finished! This was the hardest week but also the most rewarding. We rode from Batticaloa at sea level to Nuwara Eliya at over 2000m and descended back to Negombo at sea level.

Read MoreOn Wednesday I had an arthroscopy surgery on my left knee. The procedure was a partial resection of a small tear in the lateral meniscus. All went well and I still have 60% of the lateral meniscus remaining in that knee.
